Joey you are cracking my favorite set of magic history. I got back into magic in a really hard time of my life. My mother had just passed away and i needed somthing to help take my mind off all the sadness. Watching you open this takes me back to that sad time. But its beautiful because for a moment i felt somthing of my mother and it brought me peace. Thanks for opening this box it means alot.

I remember someone gave away a playset of top when he opened up champions in an LGS. These boxes from 2005-2006 were selling for 60-70 each

29:30: I like how Joey pulls Sakashima and Kataki back to back, two of the most expensive rares in the set, and apparently thinks he's getting bulk. Great pulls for that patron.

Thank LORD, I can finally stop holding my breath looking out for a Champions of Kamigawa box break announcement on the Patreon lol. I do agree, even though packs may be about $50-60 a pop, sealed boxes are not cheap and very scarce.
One thing I could say about love, it sucks when you wish you were with someone and it sucks when you're with someone and miss the things you love to do when you were single. Just do you. 👍

Those Sakura-Tribe Scouts are like $2+ as well! This set has some hot commons/uncommons. That foil rare is dope

30:02 Dude got a nice pair....I mean his rares!!! The Imposter is about $16 and the Kataki is about $12, they re the 4th and 5th most expensive in the set. They may be worth more as they re pack fresh. Still, not a bad couple of rares.

Champions of Kamigawa might not be too bad with a $65 uncommon in it. Even at $2k a box, any pack that hits that is a winner.

Oldest pack I've opened is Mirage, which is the set I started in.

Had to look up what was older, but the earliest packs I’ve opened were from the dark. Expensive for what I got but fun just the same.

I bought 3 packs the other day from this set for $4 a piece. And finally pulled a Oboro, Palace in the Clouds. Would of been more crazy if it was in foil but I'm not going to complain. And within the past year I've bought 3 fat packs from $40. to $60 each to. Got a killer deal on everything.

Love to see this set opened. I have one sealed box of Saviors in my Timmy Vault. Have it snce release some ~16 years ago. One less box in existence! Hehehehe

Oldest Magic packs I ever opened would be Antiquities, followed closely by Revised and Legends.

The Dark, Bought it from Daniel Chang at Las Vegas Grand Prix 2018. Got a really off center Blood moon.... Which was nice....

I've opened born of the gods I think that's the oldest. I also opened the origins deck builders toolkit. I don't recall what packs where in that but I think that block was around 2014
