You can easily adapt a gas grill to make a smoker with an add-on box or foil packet.

You can use any wood you like. I like Hickory. We do talk about what smoker I use in the video. It's pretty tough to smoke without one.

Awww that looks soo GOOOOD ! too bad we don't have a smoker :( we got 2 turkey legs for $6 only !

Be nice if you said what you smoke them with! That is, what's in the smoke, and if you must have a smoker, or if there's another way.
