for anyone using on ps5 here is how i got it to play not quiet in wireless mode,

1. tried wireless by plugging in usb it was quiet,
2. tried plugging in aux cable into headset and ps5 controller, fixed sound loudness level
3. plugged in charging cord into headset and ps5 while controller still plugged in,
4. unplug the aux and charge cord and it’s currently working loud in wireless mode,
5. i restarted my ps5 to make sure it would stick and it’s working fine still, hope this helps someone in my situation:)

I just got this headset today and it's not working properly in wireless mode. I plug the wireless dongle into the USB port on my PS5 and the sound is WAY too quiet. I've tried everything to make it louder, including using the Logitech app and making sure all my PS5 sound settings are turned up, and nothing is working. When I plug the headset directly into my PS5 controller, however, the sound gets louder and better. Can anyone help me with this? Really disappointed that this is my day one experience with this headset and will likely return it if I can't use it properly wireless.

I can hear the video game but the volume is not up all the way. The headset wireless astro a 30 . Tv settings volume or playstation 5 settings.?

I was having problems with the mic not working and the sound getting really quiet. My mic was turned on and I had the volume before it was low, loud. I noticed the problem was that since it’s wireless and Bluetooth, it connects to ur phone if you set up the app. This caused the mic situation and the volume because I had the volume on my phone low. What I did to fix this was just either turn off Bluetooth or just go to the settings on the phone and disconnect the headset. But I also have another problem with the headset, which is whenever I turn it off. It doesn’t go back to tv audio. It just stays quiet, does anyone have a solution to that other than just turning off the headset and unplugging the usb?

Mine connected for a couple days, I then connected it to my pc and tried to swap back to ps5 and now it’s just not working any help is appreciated

I can’t get it to work on PS5 at all!!
The USB only shows white or green light.
When connected using the white light it’s too quiet!
I tried doing the video way but nothing happened.. can anyone help??

Love your guys headsets I have a pair of A10, A40 & A50 best headsets I have ever owned and I own many headsets but astro are definitely my favorite gaming headsets love the style and comfort! 🙂

This was not helpful for those of us who still can't get their A30's to connect to our Playstations. Had mine for months, and they just stopped connecting to my playstation altogether. USB adapter is blue and seems to be working fine but in my audio settings, the A30's are NOT showing up and I get an error to reconnect them or re register them but when doing so, nothing works.
