apparently in Tokyo Encounter revealed by Nakamura the tale of the very first she's got that nickname when they were in Inu Boku recording studio where Nakamura, Hikasa and Aki Toyosaki there talking about Ro-Kyu-Bu!. Nakamura blurtly thinks that time that she doesn't fit voicing a 10 years old character in comparison of her age (that time her age is around mid 20) "you're, compare them (rokyubu characters), are just an old hag" Obviously she denies "That's mean, nobody honestly will think like that" but then Toyosaki interrupting in with a comment "I think i remember when I was 10, women in their mid 20s are just old hags to me", And Hikasa cannot reply that back and just pouting in silence. then people in industry started calling her old hag and widely spreading until it ascended into Legendary Old Hag
