what size bolts do i need to mount the vise

Bro I got this for $26, i have a "full size" vise attached to my workbench but i have a small black and decker workmate that's like a sawhorse with clamping woood pieces . I want to mount this vise to a piece of 2x8 that's attached to like a 2ft piece of 2x4 like a paddle and then clamp the 2x4 into my little workmate so I can use the vise for holding metal when i am teying to learn welding.

I bought a cheap Amazon welder and i don't want sparks flying in the garage so if i can attach this vise to some wood and them clamp it as a makeshift mobile work bench i want to do it.
