I bought a 45lb one, I recommend that one. You feel compressed but also feels like someone is just sleeping on you. It’s that weird median, I’m use to my girlfriend sleeping on me so when she’s gone I use it to simulate something ontop of me

The worst part of a weighted blanket is that you get stronger sleeping under it. I was using a 12 lbs blanket for 3 months, then I was able to throw it around like a normal blanket. Shifted to a 30, and now its starting to get light, like sometimes I forget its supposed to be heavier than a normal blanket.
