If you are just visiting another country, you do your research culture, history, etc. Imagine if you were marrying into a different religion, culture, in a different country how much research you do. Islam and the rules apply equally to both men and women, both are asked to be modest, not just one. Gender has nothing to do with it. It's all cultural. RUN Tigerlilly.
