they better make him the highest paid coach in college football because he brings in the most money and cache

I would've asked for so much money they would've had to put me on layaway.

The economic impact of the small businesses is also important to add here. I would also say real estate as well. Deion has impacted every aspect of not only football and college, but economic advancement for the region as well

Another important take. Do you know who else is on the hook for making sure Coach Deion Sanders is appropriately paid? Let’s also add these to the list. Nike. ESPN. Fox Sports. Aflac. KFC. California Almonds. Louis Vuitton. Oikos. Gatorade. Yormark and every Big 12 program that plays CU is getting valuable exposure with Prime in the conference. Sure CU needs to pay. But so does everyone riding Coach Prime’s name, image, and likeness. If Vanderbilt is getting $21.5 million per year as part of ESPN’s media payout, then why wouldn’t Prime’s Colorado get the same kind of love from the TV networks? CU is putting more AFLAC, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, and Geico ads in front of TV viewers than almost every team in the SEC or B1G. The networks need to pony up the cash and not just exploit CU at half rate.

$108m for 7 years($15.43m annually), that is a better number to work with and gives him foundation to bring in top recruits, plenty of 4⭐️ & 5⭐️’s, knowing he is going to remain the coach for Colorado.

He's been underpaid his entire career and now is the time he should get paid

Irrelevant? Colorado looks solid, IMO. If they can get a few intimidating lineman, it will be very promising for them long-term.

Why people think this man is hurting for money? Did you forget he has football, baseball, and endorsement money. I honestly believe he’s coaching to help these young men become better men and to for feel their dreams. I get it everybody time is valuable. I’m sure he knows how to negotiate a contract. He’s not worried about our pockets. Why worry about his.

If colorado don't watch it he will be gone after this contract.. Coach Prime knows business and numbers and the worse thing you can do is disrespect him.

Deion needs a huge raise, and I hope they tie up him for at least 5 years because Deion is building something special in Boulder, Colorado, He's gotten the guys in the program, That are buying in and the dudes who didn't are gone, Besides he don't need to the NFL just yet unless he feels he needs a new challenge, Definitely not that clown show in Dallas, Because he won't be running anything and dealing with Jerry Jones, Deion along with Warren Sapp, Shedeur, Travis Hunter and few others are making the Colorado Buffaloes revelant in College football.

You want to help Deon go buy some Colorado swag he getting a piece of everything that gets sold, and that has nothing to do with his base salary or incentives.

to be fair, CU mortgaged the house when they initially paid him 5 million, that should be considered but yeah, CU needs Deion for at least a few more years if they want to stay relevant

No. He agreed to his salary. He is only underpaid IF the university failed to pay him the agreed salary. "Coach Prime" your adz.
