Solenoid Door Lock Contol RFID | Security Access Arduino. In this tutorial we will learn how to use the RFID RC522. So we can use an RFID system and an Arduino to open electric door lock. For example, only the person with the right information on his card is allowed to enter.

Really nice video but I can't understand at 1.17 the wire connecting from buzzer, relay module and the GND on ardunio board that is the black wire, how do I connect the wire in three connections

This is amazing but mine is doing the opposite of what it is supposed to. The lock is unlocked all the time and when I put the correct RFID card in front of it, the lock closes (locks). I triple checked the connections and the only thing I can think is that the wires coming off my AC adapter are switched. Is it possible the black coming for the power is actually positive and the red is negative? My lights are not going on either.

HI, I set up my Arduino to open a maglock instead of a solenoid lock, however, I am having to unplug the Arduino to use it also if it sits too long, I have to unplug again. I would also like to know how to substring another card so I can use more than one rfid card to open the lock,

What will happen if there is no power after locked? Do the solenoid still locked and how to open the door if that happens?
