ON in French - learn to use it like a native French speaker

On, in French, is more than just an addition to French subject pronouns, that the French tend to use all the time in conversations.
Yes, it does replace NOUS in conversational French, but it is a little more than that.

À mon sens, on est un groupe d'individualités. Il se dit ou disait, qu"on est un con", souvent pour contredire un point de vue concernant des 'idées reçues' des 'allégations' par définition sans fondement, sans 'preuve'. On dit que, on prétend, on marche sur la tête.
On verra bien.

Brassens le faisait rimer avec "con", et en alexandrins, bien sûr.
