I think drivers are becoming overconfident with the halo and that’s why these crashes are happening they feel the invincibility that they did in the late 80s/early 90s before Senna died(rip king)

If Charles did die in 2018 (no halo) Vettel would still be rising and living without someone to challenge him in Ferrari. He will continue to stay in ferrari until 2022 which is the year for his third title fight to become a 5 time world champion. But who knows? In a parallel universe he’s probably 7 time champion

Verstappen’s crash structure in his RB16 seemed to pretty much dampen the effect of the 51G spin and the impact so I would have to agree with him not being listed tbh

Even though some might be overreacted imagine if there wasn't a halo and they did die. Ericsson never would have won the 500, Hamilton wouldnt have had that insane title fight with max, Charles wouldn't be Ferrari no 1, Roman wouldn't be in indy, and gyanu wouldn't finish the year as the first ever Chinese driver

Hamilton would've lived cuz Verstappen crashed in 2018 killing him without the halo and if Verstappen is dead then the incident never happens

There were tons of bad crashes before the halo. Bad crash doesn't = halo saved their life always.
