Picked up a 16 A7 last week, and just ordered Unitronic stage 1+. Looking at getting that awe exhaust. Not sure if I want/ should get downpipes or not.

About The c7.5 A6 with rear muffler delete- is it really just a muffler delete and nothing else? It’s still that quiet while missing two mufflers? And no rasp either? It seems too good to be true.


I’ve been wanting to do something with my exhaust on my c7.5 but I’m scared a rear muffler delete will make it too loud/raspy.

That engine is so amazing but can sound like crap with one little mistake.
My gfs SQ5 has DP's and reso delete, sounds like shit under load. Embarrassing.
My C6 A6 just has gutted cats, stock mufflers and reso, and Im afraid to do anything to it. So it will probably stay that way unless I can find a way to just get a very low frequency growl and no raspiness
