What i like about Ten Hag, and compared to the others before him. He wants to make the team better. He wants to see which can keep up or not. He doesn't need that big signing for his team, he wants players who fits in his system. He is on top of things, and not walking around like he is the king.

When Eric came from Bayern Munich 2 to my club FC Utrecht the first matches everybody was unsure about his coaching qualities. Not long after this we saw the patterns, discepline, positoining, pressing as a team, organisation en pysiche went to another level.
When Ajax bought him from us a few years later mid season the supporters of Ajax were complaining a knew this would only be a matter of signing of Man u, great manager!
