This song brings me back to my past when I first started getting into music and this is one of the first songs I would listen to. Back then I was struggling mentally so I used music as my escape from reality and everything that had happened to me. So listening to this makes me remember those times but also when everything was simpler. Now my mental health and self esteem has gotten better but at least during those times I had such less worried than I do now. I didn’t have to worry about school or my future. Now I feel like the weight of the real world has begun to sink in and I just miss the days when I was carefree and I didn’t understand why people always stressed over things.

2016: What a great song!
2017: this song reminds me about something that I don't understand -- the way it sticks to me and an odd feeling that is 'there' but unexplainable.
2018: i could listen to this song forever, in loop, just waiting for something to happen.
2019: can't stop listening though; it's still my music to escape; as if it's already a part of me. And then he came into my life.
2020: i drew something for him. a promise to myself. that whoever special in my life comes, i'll draw something like this; just the two of us, watching the stars above.
2021: even if things feel far apart between us. listening to this song reminds me of the things we used to do...
2022: So far things are getting better, currently practicing and making art as a hobby and practice, it's going well! Making another sketch while listening to this song right now! c:

2023: almost forgot about this (sorry, I listen to Reverie in Spotify now) but here's an update; my life's feeling very awesome! Physical school is coming back now, so I listen to this mostly at the bus. I shifted courses from Computer Engineer (I didn't like it) to a Multimedia Artist (the course is improving my art drastically): I'm living the dream honestly! Sometimes, life still tends to be hard; I had a couple of rough roads to go through, tough moments, but I persevered and got stronger with each mountain top I reach, I'm thankful for my friends, for my family, and for this song... still my "cope song" till this day.

To everybody reading this, to everyone listening to this song, never lose hope and never give up. Life is as hard as a rock but can also be a reverie. See you all in 2024! :) That's 5 minutes, thank you guys [ty yellowz for reminding me]

I was given a few months to live a few years back. Im still on the edge of life and death but I push everyday. I have 2 kids. A 6yr old girl and 4 yr old boy. I put this on a saved Playlist for when they grow up and im not there. They will always have the music that helped me float away. And hopefully it helps them float away as well.
