Nicky, thank you for making things clear. As you mentioned, not all phone and add-ons combinations with VoIP calls are all a great success. With the full story in mind it's easy to pinpoint the problem and/or communicate this with the user/owner.

Am I missing something or did this not answer the question on the forum. The question was, how to combat being on a mobile provider call but 3CX then also ringing. Can't 3CX "listen" out for on-going mobile calls and then set itself to unavailable so that 3CX doesn't also ring while you're on your mobile provider call? And the reverse, if on a 3CX call, send a "message" to the mobile provider call that the phone is "busy"?
