That mini deck is an accurate comparison. Lol. I ride 8.25 at smallest, anything under feels like a mini.

The size of your board should be based on your height, weight, and shoe size with considerations taken about wether you are street skating or transition skating or both

8.125 is my go to size, perfect balance if you like to skate flatground but also like doing some transition
