Blender 3.4 hardsurface modeling -Scifi Helmet - Metaballs + sculpting

Here is a quick concept using metaballs, i used Blender 3.4 to take advantage of the ability to create a mirror effect using the geometry nodes new feature.

This is amazing, I never thought metaballs had any other use than cluttering the Add Object menu, but you found an ingenious way to use them. Outside the box thinking, I like this! Might try your technique too soon!

Really cool! It's the future of modeling! Someone has to improve Metaballs controls and add native modifiers with symmetry, it's way faster than using booleans. Could you show the geometry nodes configuration for the mirror?
