beef cutlet pao/ Goan street food delicacy

In most of the Goan street food stalls I have tasted and had this cutlet pao for years I always wondered what was different in the Goan cutlet done at home and a street food one .
I use to always taste something secret in there . And I tried it 1 day it was a cube of Maggie which makes it different .
Just give it a try and let me know .
1 more thing I have seen them doing is most of them they don’t add oil first . They put the cutlet first and than after 1-2 min they add oil . So that’s what I have done.

Ingredients
1/2 kg beef (thinly sliced)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Maggie cube (optional) but when added tastes better like street food
Semolina
Oil for frying

Grind to paste with water
9 green chillies ( as per your spice)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4 black peppercorn
3 cloves
1/2 “cinnamon

Tried it but the semolina coating left the meat and it took a lot of time to cook even after 10 mins the meat was raw

I beleive this Goan cutlet paov needs to be given a proper dressing . It's good to have it for dinner or lunch .the best at home, As per my observation on the street in Goa many prepare this common meat fry but it's not presented well just stuffed with improper few strands of cabbage dumped ( instead lettuce leaves ) into the poiee type bread, dumped a little sauce not so catchy and charged a very high rate. I felt that's incomplete Bare naked . That cost should have matched the pack.
