I have been a customer for over 10 years. 2010 they have been the best. Their email delivery rate dropped so low that my business was almost going bankrupt. Plus their support is great at small talk and never solved a problem.

Thanks - I've been a bit wary of InfusionSoft, I'm thinking its good though I'm looking at it for an existing shopify user and struggling to justify moving across. Looks like keeping the Shopify store is a good idea as we have many SKUs, though I can see how the campaign launcher is valuable.. especially with your SMS link.. I keep thinking I can find an app for everything I want infusionsoft to do in shopify.. mmm..

We have purchased the software around 2017, they offered a customized option which we have decided to purchase, we had so much hope and excitement about our new platform. Unfortunately the drama was just starting, all the campaigns created by them never worked (too many glitches and integration issues). The support we have received from account manager (Wes Whittaker) is unacceptable. Refused to return calls, email or correct the issues, this has been going on for two years now. We have been paying every month for a software that doesn't work. A total scam and I would never recommend InfusionSoft to anyone.
