The biggest reason I can’t rank up is bad habits like over peeking and sprinting when I shouldn’t. Do you have any tips to get out of these habits?

I haven't played r6 actively since 2019, periodically came in for a while to play and see what has changed. My highest rank was gold 1 although all my teammates at that time were platinum, diamond, but to reach platinum I never had time because then my mmr was swinging like a swing, when before the promotion was not enough one or two matches and I had a burned console after which I lost communication with my comrades at that time and at least some skills, because of which it was awkward to return to my comrades and we just lost contact with each other. Now I decided to play again, but already in the rating and in solo for two days reached gold 4 and constantly playing with Emerald, diamonds and sometimes with champions in the match, according to my feelings I am very fearful and sometimes thinking about all the corners where there may be an enemy I get lost and I lack stable shooting skills, sometimes I do a few clutches per match, perfectly feel the game and enemies and predict their actions, even manage to compete with champions diamonds, but it is very unstable. I also lack sharpness, accuracy in mechanical terms, I do not know how to pick, wait for an angle in which I will be sharply pick and kill or streify it picking back and forth, but I do not know how to kill accurately with such actions and I do not know how to pick correctly, it depends on luck and skills of my enemy, I will not even have time to shoot and something like that I can not repeat as my enemies did, pick waiting or pick attacking, I can look out for a point and I will get a bullet in the head or if I try to peep so sharply, the enemy who is waiting will kill me if his skills are as good as mine, I've been playing on a gamepad all my life and I'm good at shooters a lot of places, but not in rainbow, the sensa seems to be comfortable and convenient, but i don't know which way to work to improve my mechanical skills like accuracy, sharpness and precision, i played with slow or fast sensa settings, i tried looking for my sensa, it seems to be comfortable both ways. but something is wrong and I don't see much change in my game because of the settings, in rainbow I'm pretty accurate, relatively sharp and often kill in the head, but compared to other real professional shooters I feel terrible, I've been playing rainbow for a long time, tried many times to improve at least my mechanical skills and feel of the game, but I see it as hopeless.

started playing r6 like 3 weeks ago and i’m a bronze 3 with a 0.9 win/loss and 0.5 k/d. I get slammed every single round by my aim being buns, getting outplayed, or me being careless and stupid and everybody just seems to be better than me😂 I dont have much knowledge on any of the maps or operators and never know how to go about on certain situations. I need help cuz i’m cooked

100hrs, but still don't understand how the gunfights work, i'm move from warzone and got used to run and gun

The reason I can’t rank up is because the game thinks I should be gold and so I am only getting 20 Rp every game vs my friends who bottom frag and still get 50 rp

Yeah, it means you can take that whole area by urself, but how do you know for 100% that there isnt just some person camping in a brain dead spot, which happens to me so much, i dont even want to push in anymore (i know this is 8 months ago, but im just saying)
