Thank you for the example, we need more examples like this. I was thinking of posting IJV and artery sounds from an ultrasonic stethoscope. I suspect you can glean CSF-blood flow dynamics by monitoring neck flows, due to these dynamics necessarily going through the neck due to the Monro-Kellie constraint. A new paper from Perdue uses dynamic MRI of the neck instead of the head for this reason. However, I suspect you can probably find some interesting flow patterns using simple flow doppler.
