Fluval 306 external filter running noisy

Fluval 306 external filter running without bio foam and polishing pads. I also removed some extra bio media i had in the top tray. Still noisy!!!!via YouTube Capture

I have the same noise and i tried everything i can think of, i still get this irritating rattling crap. I just ordered a new impeller to see if it's that but when i checked mine i'm using now it looks just fine :(

when my fx5 does that its due to some sort of grime or sand on the impellar i take everything out and wash the impellar port thoroughly with a hose and that will do the trick on mine.
