Bombay Masala Toast, or Veg Aloo Sandwich Recipe in Mumbai Street Style is what we're making together today!

Ingredients:
Potato - 6
Water - to boil
For Chutney:
Coriander - 1 Bunch / 2 cups loosely filled
Mint Leaves - Handful
Green Chilli - 4
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Garlic - 4-5
Dessicated Coconut - 3-4 tbsp (fresh can also be used)
Salt - to taste
Water - to grind

For Alu Masala
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
Haldi powder - ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

For Sandwich -
Soft Butter - 50g (for 4 sandwiches)
Cucumber Slices - from one
Tomato - 3 Slices
Chat masala - 1 tbsp
Cheese slices - 4
Sandwich Bread - 8
Nylon Sev - to serve with
