Use MRC instead of GT.
After pressing each = press M+ accordingly. After four times press MRC button. That is PVIFA. One more thing, check the MRC button at first nd make sure it is zero. If u want to do any calculation with MRC, first make it zero. Otherwise, the value u get, might b wrong. Hope this will help.
