New TF2 Update! With LOTS of patches, and that's a very good thing! one of the funniest but also coolest things is that they actually fixed a bunch of old glitches, which means they might be cleaning up the game finally! The one im talking showing here is the skeleton from the Scream fortress 2013 update that has always been laggy!

Have you checked out all the new patches yet? What's your take on the update, im honestly interested because this COULD be the start of something new for TF2! Let's hope for the best! (consider smubscribing if you liked this vid o.O)

I always thought that the laggy skeletons were meant to emulate those old movies with stop-motion creatures in them. Didn't know it was an oversight until now.

This became something I didn’t even think twice about after having them be like that for so long. Neat to see it fixed though, not sure why they randomly decided it was time after 9 years though.

i always assumed the skeletons' animations ran at a slower framerate as either as a stylistic choice or for optimization

This also means that Slender Fortress NPCs will finally be in 60 fps now, as they use the skeletons as a base.

I miss them already, it was like some super janky claymation reminiscent of old school horror, it just fit the game’s aesthetic so well

For some reason, IM feeling slightly uncomfortable when their on their not on laggy movement, like i just got used with the laggy animations.

ngl, I always thought it was intentionally like that and I kinda liked it that way, it just fitted the spooky vibe that everything was choppy

I always assumed the choppy animations where an artistic choice!
It sorta feels right, but smooth animations will probably feel less annoying in gameplay because they look pretty good.

Honestly, this was the update we were REALLY fighting for. The bots were made so that Valve would hopefully notice that the skeletons were laggy. Thank you valve, very cool.

The laggyness made me take them less seriously in turn making them more funnier for something as simple as a running skeleton.
