All lyrics and music written by me, Fia Forsström. All songs are produced by David Vesterman and Fia Forsström with support from Robert Eklund who has done vocal production and been a creative ally this entire journey.

All strings* are played by Frieda Mossop, arranged by David Vesterman. *Except strings for Roses&Apples and Two Little Doves that are recorded at Valley Sound Studio by Daniel Beckman, played by Filip Flora, Elias Gammelgård, Erika Lindgren, Elin Thorsell, Linda Swedrup, Petter Axelsson, David Gammelgård, Michal Pajewski, arranged by Josef Rhedin. Additional strings on those tracks by Frieda Mossop.
