This is what I love to hear from one of our players, that there is zero uncertainty in the structure behind the scenes. It's absolutely crystal clear what is expected of them in training, off the field, or in competitive action.

Contrast that with Lenny's 'system', how lax and unprofessional it was, players given time off, diets going to pot, allowing respect & discipline to fall away.
So glad we have a management & system in place that has eradicated that nonsense and got us back into professional, modern football club, top to bottom
