Just some "food for thought" : IMHO I consider 1980 and to a lesser extent 1981 from a musical perspective as "The 70s" since it still had a lot of that "vibe". However, I'll leave it open for comments if you wish.

Also I would like to see as a "bonus" the countdown for both 1990 and 1991. Again, IMHO those years still had a lot of "80s vibe" in the music. Also by 1991-92 not only the music changes were more noticeable, but Billboard made a major change at the time the songs were rated/charted, more digital if I understand. Again, open for comments!!
