I simply removed cache and uppdated my WhatsApp and it worked.

Hi, I'm having an issue where my screen times out at 2 mins, and after it times out and goes black whatsapp won't auto play the next auto message. This only started a few days ago. Do you know a fix for it? I often get audio messages that are sent across multiple messages and total over 20 mins. I'm sick of having to tap my screen (or unlock if I'm not fast enough) to keep the messages playing. The longest I can keep my screen from timing out is 10 mins so even that's not really a fix, it just delays it a bit. It's not a sensor issue, I've already tried that.

New OnePlus 11 5G only received a couple of days ago. Android 13

It has all sorts of sensor issues.
Especially the WhatsApp audio. My problem is far more serious. As soon as you play an audio the screen goes off. But that's not the ending. The screen never returns. Even the power button doesn't turn on the screen. The phone became totally unusable as a result. Even calling my phone does ring but cannot be answered. So then only a force restart (power button and volume key) gets the phone back to working again.

Other notable issues are:
- incoming calls when screen is locked cannot be answered unless I press power button but doing that reject the call.
- double tap to wake screen don't work

All these indicating to some sort of sensor issues. Any suggestions?

Meta is just downgrading WhatsApp by putting awkward bugs in it. No other app has proximity sensor issues like even the phone call.

my oppo f9 pro have this problem.but what amaze me is, the problem solve when i use low quality lcd.which mean have problem with smooth touch and ghost touch.when i change with high quality lcd with good touch perfomance, this problem voice whatsapp come again.what the hell to do.
