The connection between Slappy and Chucky is they're both iconic, evil living dolls with high-pitch laughs from horror-themed franchises who were brought to life through the use of voodoo magic by men in dire situations (Ephraim Darkwell brought Slappy to life with his sorcery when he was in peril of being attacked by a mob of town villagers, while Charles Lee Ray transferred his soul into a Good Guy doll when he was pursued and fatally shot by Mike Norris). Both have a history of being put in the care of children and are renowned for causing life-threatening mischief, though have been repeatedly thwarted by the very people they've tormented but have come back despite dying multiple times through the use of magical incantations (Karru Marri Odonna Loma Molonu Karrano and the Damballa Chant). Both of their evil track records stem from motivations they received from adults they had in their lives (Ephraim Darkwell told Slappy to do evil every day he was alive to avoid permanently falling asleep, whereas Amanda Mixter encouraged Charles to embrace his homicidal tendencies). Both also have evil brides (Mary-Ellen and Tiffany) who they met and ended up fighting in the fourth installments of their stories which have similar names (Bride of the Living Dummy and Bride of Chucky).

Albeit Slappy should easily take the victory. Especially if you make it a composite Slappy.
