Sata jet is a great clear gun. I learned on a sata 3000 and got some super clean work at only 17 at auto body school .

I love sata's spray guns, spray clear so smooth and I can control how much orange peel I want

Well that's answered my problem. When I spray liquid glass through a 1.3 T110 it's like trying to spray primer. Which is the best for vhs clear you have come across. Joke of the day what's worse than a leaking pps adapter (check comments for answer)

Had the same problem with my sata 4000b, pps adapter leaking but only when im using the smallest one think its 180ml. Fine when i use the 650ml and 850ml ones.

Certainly pumps that clear on Gunny! Perhaps a little too fast? I like a fast gun given its quality but how well does it optimize? Think I will stick to deviibiss. This thing seems to put it on like a pri pro lol A
ny silicon and this high end gun will open it up like water fountain after a water shortage. Anyway thanks for the demo mate all the best Gunny and keep them coming!

Can you plz help me I have a sata jet 5000b rp 1.4 tip and for the life of me I can not get the clear to spray properly I lay it on heavy it looks dry I lay in on light it has orange peel. I set 20psi. air knob wide open, 2 to 2.5 turns out fluid and 3/4 fan. I'm just not understanding what's going on I've used other guns with no problem... I spend the money on a big name gun, and I can't seem to get it right.

Never had a leak with the standard SATA cups... and we can also clean them.

My shop is making me use the sata 5000 rp. With spies heckker paint and clear and they tell me I gotta be real close and fast as hell, and to only put a 1/2 coat then full coat. I wish I could pull back like u are and how I use to with an iwata.

Gunner"I seen your demo video on the 5000 rp 1.3!! & I have to say the sata 5000 rp 1.4 is the best!! Tip size for clear..I am tekna & iwata all the way..But if I had a choice on tip size for the 5000 rp it's the 1.4!! From my experience using the gun..👌👌

Had the same problem with a 5000 at work in combination with a Standard Gravity Cup from the 4000, even though its the same part number. With another Cup it was fine..

1.2 Is it OK to clear the nozzle?
How about supernova 1.3? supernava 1.3 does not flow well because of its atomization. How about sata 1.2?
