I agree, great channel! My comment to this mastering chain...how to finish it, the last instance. Your last one is ProQ3, but instead of that it can be also a good multiband limiter...and they are still penultimate of the chain. Wintergreetings from Austria

Fantastic tips! When you were expanding the low end, were you isolating the kick to drive the expansion and be expanded, but keeping it from expanding the bass guitar too much? That's how I understood it, and that's what I thought I was hearing, but I wasn't sure--

On Step one you mention how importan is to make all the subs Mono, but what about Metal? Low-end in guitars is very important and the rhythm ones are always hard panned.
