How to cook goat intestine curry recipe
Mutton meats are everyone’s favorite food but we not aware of the benefits of goat organs meats and we also don’t like to buy and eat them.
To compare goat meat goat organs have many health, taste and much more. Especially the following items placed in the top.
Spleen — They are good for heat health and reduces inflammation. They also boost immunity and digestion.
Liver — It is the most nutritious and healthiest organ meats. It is rich in high quality proteins, vitamin A, folic acid, iron.
Goat balls — It is rich in nutrients and proteins and balls used for sperm segregation.
Ingredients:
1.Goat organ meat — Spleen,Liver and Goat balls,
2.Onion 1,
3.Tomato 1,
4.Green chili 5 numbers,
5.Onion and tomato paste ( each 1),
6.Ginger and garlic paste,
7.Coriander leaf paste,
8.Chili powder,
9.Mutton Masala,
10.Turmeric powder,
11.Oil,
12.Salt to taste.
Preparation:
1.Wash and clean the organs meat in fresh water with turmeric or you can clean them by boiling for 10 minutes,
2.In a pan, add an oil ( you can use vegetable or olive oil to cook),
3.Once the oil is heated, add nicely chopped onions and fry them until it gets brown in color,
4.Then add green chili sliced,
5.Cook them well and add one tomato in to it,
6.Once the tomato is cooked well we can add ginger and garlic paste and also pasted tomato and onion,
7.Stir them well,
8.Add pinch of salt to taste,
9.Add coriander leaf powder, red chili powder and mutton masala,
10.Once the masala’s are cooked well, add the organ meats,
11.Add some water to cook the meat( It’s based on the goat),
12.Once the meat is cooked add the four herbs shown in video,
13.Stir them well and now it’s ready to serve,
14.You can serve this fry with roti or wheat breads.
