Today we are taking a closer look at the Rogers waders that I have worn in the past. I want to break down the features of the Toughman 2 in 1 and the Elite 2 in 1 waders. I have never been disappointed with the Rogers waders and I hope this helps people who are trying to decide what wader to buy.

A buddy let me put my foot in his Elite waders after getting back to the truck two years ago. I ordered mine before leaving the parking area. They're amazing. Just make sure to take care of them regarding storage both during season and off season and they'll last a long time.

Currently rocking rustic ridge they have held up good for 2yrs starting the third. Have used cabelas and red head brands have had trouble with both leaking at the crotch and boot seams. Going to try rogers or frogg toggs next time

Just bought a pair of Toughman's for the season. Haven't got them wet yet.

Boots still run about a size big. I wear a size 12 in just about everything. Got the waders in size 11 after a tip from a friend. Fit great.

I bought a pair of TideWe waders last year I like them but my main complaint on them is I’m a bigger guy who doesn’t have the biggest feet so the waders them self are really snug but the boot part fits great! So definitely think after this season I’m gonna try to get something better

the upgrade on the boots for the elite was nice, took a couple tries to get the size right big difference from the last version. The removal of the strap clips was a mistake, i thought i would like the new hook style but they are a PITA to get into the tight loops when there is little to no light in the morning. I had to have last years pair replaced under warranty due to the seams coming undone but customer service was top notch. the warranty pair (updated version) has gotten moisture in the area of both boots around the bottom of the legs since day one but are fine everywhere else enough so that i have to flip them inside out to let them dry.

Great video dude. I remember watching you talking about spitbuds. Damn it’s been awhile

They’re great if you don’t hunt a lot. Mine lasted about 2/3 of the season. Very warm and comfy but if you hunt 30+ days a season they won’t last long

My Rogers Elite 5mm neoprene waders are the best I have ever owned! If the breathable waders are as good I would highly recommend.

I have been using Cabela’s SuperMag chest waders for the past 4 years. I really like them and have no complaints. I am contemplating getting a pair of Rodgers breathable waders when mine ware out.

Frogg toggs makes their waders, hence why they are made so well, I have the elite full front zip(I think they no longer carry them) but I love them !

Been wearing banded elite series for years now....have had not one issue to date and they've been through swamps, timber, flooded fields, you name it. The price point is a shocker but going through the cheap ones through the years made me make the investment

That's awesome, great info....I had to buy mine from Cabela's since I wear a 15/16 size boot....wish Roger's would have that kind of sizes.... love watching the videos....keep up the good work man!!!!

I own both styles of waders. The elites are hand down better definitely worth the extra money. The boots on the elite do not come off in thick muck like the standard boot will on the toughmans. Also not trying to dis on Rogers at all because I love them. And spend way too much money there. Frog toggs makes these waders for Rogers. You can buy the frog toggs cheaper I believe and they are pretty much the same thing

Just burned a hole in my waders a couple days ago…. We’ll call it a sleeping accident, was just looking at this brand, great timing!

Do the elites have a zip-in-out liner? That’s my favorite part about the tough man. Basically 2 waders in one. What I don’t like about the tough man: no ankle support, baggy fit, large in general, shoulder straps are light duty, and thats about it (a bit pricy but all waders are these days). What I love: comfort, zip in liner, general simplicity, price is better than most breathables, insulation is not too much or little for my climate. After having the zip in liner I don’t think I could go back to not having that feature. It is just so convenient especially when it gets hot or I become active.
