I did a big change in my life. First i came out of an abusive relationship. 2nd 2years now clean from alcohol and 11 years i quited smoking. 3 im going to homeopathic and doing acupuncture i holistic changed my life from what im eating to meditate and watching postcast that's helping me heal cause i been through a big depression.
Now im a single mum of 5 children by the way, im a free spirit i eat healthy, i metidate i have a wonderful life with my wonderful kids the only thing i want to start its a career that would make me happy and money of course cause i want to travel with my family and be comfortable

Thank you, Jim, for this wonderful video. Your generosity is very touching, and I appreciate it deeply. My story is one of lifelong struggles with untreated ADD, making it difficult for me to finish anything I start. But this year, I've made a promise to myself to change, and stumbling upon your video feels like a step in the right direction.

I recognize the need to learn how to read better; I often find myself losing interest in books shortly after starting them. I aspire to do more studying and finally complete my college education, even at the age of 59. It's never too late to pursue one's dreams.

To achieve these goals, I'm committed to making some changes in my life. I plan to watch less TV and devote that time instead to reading and studying. Additionally, I intend to start meditating, exercising regularly, and learning to play the guitar. It's also crucial for me to quit smoking, as it's a habit that's been holding me back.

With determination and effort, I believe I can make these changes and improve my life significantly. Thank you once again for your inspiring video and for being a source of motivation on my journey towards personal growth and fulfillment. God bless you!

What I want to achieve in 2024 - eliminate clutter, improve my health, eliminate my self-hatred, cut my social media consumption by 75%.

Do more of: strength training, yoga, journaling

Do less of: long working hours, stressing/ ruminating about work and health, procrastinating

Start doing: a creative pursuit, volunteering, study something new

Stop doing: criticism, controling and complaining, eating grains

Continue doing: meditate, walks in nature, study Greek, connecting with family and friends

Stop doing: Allowing fear to decide what's best for me

Can't think of anything I can do less... Still thinking ...
Start making a list of loved ones and send one graceful text message to one person each day.
These are the things I started doing recently but then stopped. This video gives me the motivation and commitment. I start today. Thank you for a direct and clear video.
Stop using the phone for pleasure after 8pm
