I was sitting here in Tears... because I was supposed to be already moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to RE-Open my Acting Studio and Mystery Dinner Theatre...
What has this got to do with "Slice Cake"? you may ask...
Funding... I used to have a tiny cafe called: "Mama's Kitchen" (made everything from scratch)... it about killed me (LOL)... but loved it.

I want to not only do my Acting Studio and Mystery Dinner Theatre... I want to teach the student to cook also...
I was sitting here (Praying) asking God what could I do to help raise extra money for my Acting Studio and something we could SELL during the Mystery Dinner Theatre... and your video "Popped" up...

I have seen "Cake Slices" before, but it looked like a lot of work... The way YOU DO IT... on a Sheet Cake is Amazing and so SMART...

A nice tip for me was the wrapping with the cake pan to keep moist and I sell small pkts and will definitely try out!

Hi.once my cakes are cool and i apply the buttercream .if i dont have a refrigerator can i just leave the layered cake with buttercream on the tabletop so it can get firm?

Is your house on a steep hill? Level your oven.

One or both ends of these cakes are thinner than the center, giving you no consistency. You may want to place a level in your oven.
Also many air bubbles.

You can do a better job, the slices should be cuts perfectly and straight. Terrible presentation that's the difference when you only focus on your benefits and don't work with passion and think in your clients satisfaction.
