So does the east end F&S parking stop right at the old toys r us (TRU) border line ?? OR does it stop right at the parking row for the Crystal Lighting Store??

Your video gives conflicting info.

First it says towed for 3hrs plus.

But then later in the video
You say for parking way over here.

Which one is it. 🙃🙄
