[iOS 12] How to Enable Explicit (E) Songs on Apple Music

If you are running iOS 11 or bellow:

Guys, alternatively, you can go to the iTunes Store app and click to buy an E song. It’ll ask if you want to enable Explicit Content. Select yes and you’re done! You don’t have to buy the song, though.

I did it, turned on and off the whole content restrictions tab, also the screentime, restarted my device, even tried to change my country to United States..nothing, still can't listen to them...😞

hey everyone if it still dose not work follow these steps : itunes music > search for a (E) song > press the song even if it has a price on it, then a message will pop and u just click allow and thats it. i just bought my phone like 4 hours ago and i had the problem , so if it solved your problem like the comment so it can show up in the comments so it can help the others

I got the fix - go to itunes store then click on any explicit song to buy it, it will be gread out and will ask u to allow explicit content, click, allow and u dont need to buy the song, go to apple music and u can access any song

For people who are trying to play explicit songs on Apple Music and have turned off restrictions but still won’t play just go on iTunes Store and it should pop up an alert with option to allow explicit content if not search for a song and try to buy it and it should then

Just open the podcasts app, then look for explicit content and will see:
do you want to allow explicit content? Press yes.

Step 1 : Open Appstore
Step 2 : Type “Spotify”
Step 3 : Tap download and enjoy!

If the shown method still did not work then : Go to iTunes Store, search for the same song and try to buy it. The pop up permission will appear. Apple Music will allow the songs automatically then.

Hi there, I’ve watched your video and tried both through settings and iTunes, I don’t get the song blocked out(they just blur out the word) or asked to accept purchasing an explicit song. Do you have any other ideas or experience with this situation.

Trying to find this by myself here for a long time, this thing is hidden. Never could imagine it would be inside Screen Time.
