Financial aid at Harvard Business School made his dream possible. Today Josue’s making a difference as Associate Chief of the Medical Service, San Francisco VA Health System. He works as a medical educator for students and residents and serves as a coach within the Bridges curriculum at the UCSF School of Medicine.

Ivy league colleges absolutely fail to get students of a diverse economic background.
Almost every student at these universities come from wealthy families.
They are diverse by race but not economic background at all.
This video found an outlier.

He could have spent 2 years reading a multiude of books, tend conferences, YouTube, and Mooc courses to learn the same thing and for almost free instead of HBS. You are being taught by professors who probably never worked a real job in the real world. Plus these are professors not business people. Theory vs Reality are very different. Now your MBA actually is worth something because you went to Harvard. But MBA is commodity now and just because you went to HBS doesn't mean you will be a good businessman, Manager, etc... Sometimes it boils down either you can troubleshoot or you can't!
