What I find tends to help is that if you want to spin it really exaggerate twisting your wrist and if you want it to go straight do a more "robotic" stiff motion with your arm rather than the natural throw you would do normally.

It's more about actual execution of the release now, and IMO it's FAR better than it ever was the first time. Everyone that I've played against that was a "master perfect 300 game" player has so far DIED hard when they hit the lanes here. I'm talking scores barely breaking 100 now. One of them is getting better, but it's clear she won't be scoring a 300 game for a bit of time now.

I actually do about the same as before, give or take. Was 180 to 210 before and around 160 to 200
