For the second of seven "Moral Mondays", Familia Latina Unida will hold a vigil before ICE headquarters at 101 W Congress at 4:30 P.M., in a "Promise Watch" Vigil -- "We are building the Moral Mountain on which the President can stand to keep his promise to take executive action to stop the separation of families - if the Republican Congress does not act by July 4th." Familia Latina Unida comes to this Moral Monday joined by LULAC members from Illinois who have taken the determined stance to join Promise Watch. LULAC is known for its long history of defending the dignity and equality of Latinos who have served this country in the military.
