As soon as I saw you do the "circling", I thought to myself "That's ridiculous". Why? For several reasons.

1. That technique is not going to make as much of a beneficial difference as you think it will. Circling would be a very effective technique against bolt-action rifles, but much less against assault rifles. You're not as small as a target as you think. An assault rifle can single-handedly release a volley of bullets in one mag and that volley is guaranteed to hit you. If it doesn't, you need to improve your leading and overall aiming. The practice of this tactic does not compliment the idea behind it.

2. If you were spotted scouting while circling by a or multiple sniper(s), instinctively you're going to switch from circling to making a direct retreat from that position, which will lead to a sudden change in movement from random movement patterns to moving consistently in a specific direction. This change in movement "mode" instantly provides the sniper(s) a better opportunity at taking you out because your movement pattern is predictable now. If you try to circle your way out of the open, your movement pattern is semi random. You're going in one direction, just making more movements on the way. Don't do that, just don't.

3. Circling hinders your ability to return fire at your opponent. This speaks for itself.

4. You're much better off scouting from a vantage point while prone.

5. Tom Clancy games have a good reputation for mirroring realistic tactical strategy, which brings me back to the first reason. In the real world of modern warfare, if you were to circle around, your chances of getting shot vs not remain the same. Same with Tom Clancy games.

Great Tips, thank you! One question: As I only play breakpoint in immersive mode, how can I manage to get my desired weapon in ghost war? For the time playing ghost war, the game sets the mode from immersive back to regular and so I can't choose/pick my weapon. Seems there is no option in ghost war for selecting a weapon other than the ones you created as a loadout in pve before. Coming from wildlands pvp, this is very annoying.

Im going to vehemently disagree with circling as most of the people who play this game, they play it because of the realism... you cant run circles and dodge bullets in real life only on Ghost Recon Breakpoint which is the leading reason why 90% of the community doesn't play is because they run into try hards who run and a circle and ruin the environment and the normal flow of what the game is supposed to be. Its bad enough the game has such heavy Aim Assist. What you should have mentioned is that if a player wants to play the game and be sweaty they must use an AR as the "Circling method" combined with the heavy Aim Assist and 360 camera + crosshair ruins the balance in this game because it is broken and you can only counter it if you're doing the same "Circle method" with an AR... Its sad to see honestly because this game is beautiful until you see try hards circling unrealistically just to get a shot off... Strafing in this game... Im from Halo so I know what strafing actually is so I don't know if I would consider it strafing but I have practiced it and it does make a difference in some gunfights. I saw that you mentioned not you use a Suppressor but you might as well say dont use any other gun except an AR preferably an M4A1, 4AC, G2 or LC85. I prefer to use a DMR because Im an aimer so... *Shrugs* lol good video bro!- Sobek Neteru

To me, the PvP in this game is boring. But that's my point of view! I like the co-op and the campaign more (also the conquest, the Amber mission, etc.). But I love this game. However, comparing the story of Breakpoint to Wildlands, Breakpoint doesn't stand a chance against Wildlands! But in terms of graphics and smoothness of gameplay, Breakpoint is the winner! But if you're like me, you love Wildlands, Breakpoint, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, etc. 💯👍
