Here's how to leave or exit a Facebook group.
You might have joined many Facebook groups and would like to exit the ones you aren't an active member of. Or maybe you'd like to get out of any social groups that you're in.
Facebook allows you to leave any groups you've entered at any given time. You can exit from the Facebook application as shown in this tutorial video.
How To Exit A Facebook Group On Mobile
Turn on your phone
Launch the Facebook application
Tap on your profile icon at the upper right of the screen
Tap on Groups under All Shortcuts subheading. Here you'll be able to see all the Facebook groups that you're in
Tap on Your Groups
Select the group you'd like to exit
On the group's page, tap on Joined
Tap on Leave Group from the pop-up menu that appears and tap on Leave Group to confirm the changes
