Change rotation axis point or pivot point in Adobe Illustrator

How to change rotation axis point or pivot point in Adobe Illustrator.
1. Select the object
2. Click on rotation tool
3. Press and hold Alt key
4. Click where you want the rotation point or axis to be
5. Enter the rotation value
6. Click OK or hit Enter
