ITU Workshop on “Improving the security of signalling protocols”

Since 2017, ITU has been developing a set of standards that allows to tackle such issues by inserting digital signatures into signalling exchange. This approach may significantly decrease the number of such attacks giving customer the trust of connected applications and services.
The upcoming ITU Workshop on “Improving the security of signalling protocols” will shed light on the recent achievements on this subject followed by a brainstorming session which will focus on identifying the issuance and distribution processes for digital certificates including the possibility to use the existing Global Title (GT) issuance process for this purpose.
