This is such wonderfull teaching. You cant love Mother Mary enough for what she is for us. Loving Her leads you to Christ, She cannot do something other than lead you to Him. I agree totally, one thing that I would like to say is about our Eucharist.
Its the passage from earth to heaven.
And i also believe a passage from the old creation to the new, as God came to create again like says in Isaiah.
Behold I will come to make new heavens and new earth.
Its a great pitty we catholics don't realise this, or if we do we don't speak about it.

And i do love our blessed mother.

Yeah nothing wrong with loving, respecting, and praying to Mary. Some liturgy gets so merky where you're like, "are we still taking about Mary or Jesus?"

I'm a Protestant and I have no issue with Mary. She is our spiritual mother, she should be loved as our own mother, and should be held rightly held in a special place of honor.

However. I think its reasonable to say that acknowleding that she is ascended to Heaven, is immaculate, is co-mediator and co-redeemer with Christ is an entierly other bridge to cross.

most critically this changes the passion, it isnt about Christ taking the infinite wrath of God for sin, but about teaching us to be obedient to the father and modeling how we are to follow Him

Christ did not reflect His mother but His Father. She was a fallible human like us all. If that can be denied, then Christianity never needed Christ.

We are to reflect His nature by respecting our elders and parents, but we shouldn’t carry that to Mary beyond that which we’d extend to anybody else.

The argument that Christ had a certain relationship with her, and thus we should to be like Him, is so simplistic that it also implies we must also seek carpentry, have his same social group, live in the same region, or die in the same way. We are to take the lessons and apply them to those in *our* lives in the same way.

The video may make good points but it starts with heresy : We will never be God. This is gnosis,
like new age and freemasonry. We can be "good creatures" under God. We can be elevated like Saints but never God, and always under his will.
