Tbh the succubus part makes sense. Plus, if you look at the wiki with everyone that was in the Harvest Moon Festival, you can see a lot actually have heart shaped tails. This might mean that succubus hybrids are normal around the area as well. However, the "built like a hellhound" bit isn't quite as believable since I don't believe imps or hellhounds are limited to certain body shapes, just like humans. The part about the white irises is very interesting though and seems much more believable.

I think viz wanted to make Millie’s family different from other imps, (in my opinion I don’t think they’re hybrids) I think Millie has a tattoo, and viz just wanted more details and unique features for different imps :) (again this is all my opinion)
