Clarendon is my parish Fr birth I definitely will love to see more happening there starting with a international airport we have the level land and we are the center of Jamaica 🇯🇲 access to all the other parish

I would had felt more comfortable tho if with residential units being added, u want to attract people to not just stop by to get get a product n be on thier merry way to Mandeville, but also customers who actually lives within the area. should be mixed used for both commercial n residential. Just like New Brunswick, those on the north coast among others....May Pen really could do well with some updated residential apartment units. The town currently does not have anything going on in that area. Mixed uses is the key to any modern development in Jamaica. U don't want to make the same mistakes like what sagicor did to millinium mall....they only built commercial in a residential-proned area, it should had been both.
