In this carp fishing 2024 video, we follow one of the most consistent carp anglers around, Dave Levy, as he visits the picturesque Essex Carp Syndicates 'The Mill' lake. Arriving after the hottest day of the year so far, it no surprise to Dave that the venue hasn't been producing any bites, and hes going to be in for a tricky session.

Not to be phased by the fishing situation, Dave sets about finding some fish before planning his attack - targeting the overhanging willows and marginal features that line the lake. Where in typical fashion in doesn't take Dave long to put a carp on the bank. Building on this initial success to enjoy a mega session littered with stunning Mill carp!

Brilliant watch as always Dave👏. Would you, Ridgemonkey or mainline ever consider looking west to Canada? We have some massive lakes with uncaught wild common carp with the chance of a mirror. We are only just scratching the surface as to what our lakes have to offer?
