In Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe responds to the recent decision by the federal government not to accept the province’s proposed carbon pricing plan. As federal Environment and Climate Change Minister Jonathan Wilkinson intends to revise criteria for carbon pricing, provinces will not be able to submit new plans until 2023.
